KYAMBOGO UNIVERSITY, CONVOCATION ELECTIONS ROADMAP – 2026.

1. Payment of Membership and Annual subscription fee up to 2026, will be made by 29^th March, 2026; 5.6.2(a) (i), 8.2.8 (a), 13.1.1 and 13.1.2 (i) & (ii).
2. Nomination dates 1^st April – 5^th April, 2026 – Article, 9.1.2 (b, c).
3. Display of Voters Register 9^th April, 2026.
4. Campaigns 9^th April – 23^rd April,
5. AGA/Voters Day 29^th April, 2026 8:00 am – 4:00 pm – Article, 9.1.2 (a).
6. Relaying of Results and announcement of Winners by the General Secretary, 29^th April, 2026, 6:00 pm.

NOTE:

• Only those who have paid the Membership fee of UGX. 10,000 and an Annual Subscription fee of UGX 10,000 will be eligible to vote and attend the Annual General Assembly— Article 5.6.2 (a) (i).
• You can make payments to URA by obtaining a Payment Reference Number from the Directorate of ICT or the University Bursar’s Office.
• Deadline of payments of Membership and Annual subscription fee by 29^th March, 2026.
• After payment, register with the General Secretary’s Office, provide evidence of payment, a transcript for all former students, and a letter of Appointment for Academic Staff members.
• Voting shall be Physical.
